Moving into Mid-year

Here is a preview of some of the things we'll be involved in this spring and summer as the year 2010 progresses. I will be doing a lot of traveling relative to church planting movement work in the next several months.

May 1-3 I will be in the Minneapolis area to speak at a church about WME's mission work with a dear friend who I have known for many years, Pastor Gary Palermo. I am looking forward to visiting with he and his family and meeting the people at the church where he pastors.

May 17-18 I will be in Denver with the board of directors of UEMI on which I serve. UEMI is the ministry of John Peter Kirubagaran who has been a longtime partner with WME and with whom we have worked together in various projects over the years, resulting in the planting of nearly 200 churches.

We are looking forward to being with Cornerstone Bible Church for a missions service on May 23. This wonderful church in Crofton, KY and its pastor, Kris Page, is a great encouragement to me and a blessing to the Work of WME.

June 4 and 5 will be the "Jesus in the Quoran" seminar near Atlanta. I will be attending this important training with Eric, our missionary that is helping WME target the "B" people group of which I wrote in an earlier blog this month.

June 5-19 will be a special time of networking and learning with leaders of numerous church planting movement projects around the world. I will be flying to San Jose, California to be a part of 2 weeks of meetings with these leaders who are all connected to the Cityteam and New Generations organizations.

July 1-7 is set aside for a quick trip to Honduras to connect with Randy Travis and our whole HCPM team. Plans are for a few men to travel with me there and we will be observing the work and progress of the project and doing "on the ground" strategy work.

Finally, looking toward the end of the summer, in mid September I have been asked by our longtime friend, Moses Choudary, to conduct a CPM training for about 200 of his best leaders. Bro. Choudary has led a powerful ministry in India for nearly 30 years. His ministry headquarters are in both Hyderabad and Vijayawada and impacts hundreds of churches and thousands of people. I really believe that this training has the potential of being one of the most significant that we may be doing. Please pray for this training and if you would like to give a gift to help cover the expenses of this important work you may send it to:
