2020: Open Doors in Difficult Times
Dear Friend of World Missions and Evangelism and the INSTAR project. I know that if you are living in this difficult year, it may be hard to see the good news sometimes. A global pandemic is affecting many people directly. Restrictions and new rules are making life difficult or inconvenient at the very least. Here in the United States there is racial, civic, and political division and some of our cities are experiencing violence. Many people have been affected negatively in their businesses and in their personal finances. But at the beginning of this year, our team, in seeking God came away believing that He had shown us that 2020 would be a Year of a New Season of Opportunity. That has been our theme this whole time, shutdown and all. We felt God was calling us to seek Him and we especially dubbed the first quarter of the year " The Year of the Upper Room" recalling Acts 1.
