God is Moving in Latin America!

Dear Friends and Supporters,

We have recently received the 4th Quarter Reports for the INSTAR project!  The majority of this report represents October-December, 2018.  We stand amazed at the grace of God in the Harvest for His Kingdom that He is bringing in! Strategy Coordinator Keith Travis has transmitted the following report to me, for which we give God thanks!

Here are the totals first of all!

4th Quarter 2018 Growth in Honduras and surrounding areas:

Groups/churches:  973 New Groups and churches

Professions of faith:  3,077 New Professions of faith

Baptisms:   3,090 New Water Baptisms

Participation in groups:  4,122 New Participants in Discovery groups

This represents the following amazing advance by average:

10 New Groups/Churches per day
45 New Participants per day in Discovery studies
34 New Professions of faith per day
34 New Water Baptisms per day

We are giving God glory for this amazing advance in the 4th quarter!

In addition to this part of the INSTAR project, we are getting amazing reports from Damian Praniuk and his father, Oscar Praniuk, the WME Argentina representative.  The Groups among the Wichi tribe has more than doubled in the year 2018!  There are now 300 groups in Argentina and 6 in Bolivia!  The Wichi translation of our Megavoice studies are facilitating an amazing advance in the gospel going forth!  The Gurani translation is done and recorded and is being formatted right now to be used in the coming months! Praise to God! In addition people continue to come to faith in Ecuador in the groups planted by WME Missionary Julio Rodriguez.  Recently a training in Jamaica has seen several participants on fire with passion to see DMM happen there and in other places in the Caribbean.  WME Missionaries, Phil and Jami Covone are discipling people in a key area of Mexico.  Others that have been trained through New Life Church in Louisville are seeing groups multiply in Haiti.  Jim and Cindy Lilly are mentoring groups and movements in Chile, Bolivia, Haiti, and in Asia!  Our SEASTAR Strategy Coordinator will be conducting the first ever DMM training with a people group in Southeast Asia in a couple of weeks.  WME missionaries and affiliates are working in Evansville and Cincinnati in the USA, and research and groundwork are being done for Native American outreach later this year.  And this is only a part of all that our partners are seeing in Kingdom advance worldwide!  Truly it is an exciting time to be involved in the Disciple Making Movement Strategy!

The INSTAR project began in 2008 when Randy and Linda Travis and Keith and Juanita Travis began training and mentoring a small team of Honduran leaders in the Disciple Making Movement strategy.  It  has now been 11 years since the launch of this project.

Here are the cumulative totals we are currently counting:

Total Groups/churches:  11,167
Total Participation:  Over 55,000
Total Professions of Faith:  Over 40,000
Total Baptisms:  36,330

The movement is currently 22 Generations in Depth.  Over 12,000 professed faith and were baptized in 2018 alone!

The Core project consists of the Strategy Coordinator, Keith Travis, the Training Coordinator, Randy Travis and the Honduran Vision Team of Adiel Ponce, Daniel Ortega, Jacobo Hernandez, Oscar Hernandez, Carlos Andrade, Mario Mejia, and Rigoberto Colindres.  This Vision Team has raised up many many leaders and lead teams that are seeing this amazing multiplication.  This Core Team has seen groups multiply in Honduras, Nicaragua, Guatemala, and Costa Rica.  The primary results are in Honduras, where the movement is in some places, 22 generations deep.

We are so excited about what God is doing.  Our vision for the Next 7 years is to see such exponential multiplication that every unreached people group in the western hemisphere  (362 in all) will be reached with the glorious Gospel of Christ! To God Alone Be All The Glory!
