Remembering a Special Friend: Bill Crowell

Last Sunday afternoon I visited for the last time on earth with a special Friend.  Bill Crowell was one of the finest men I have ever known.  His family, wife Betty, daughter Jeannie, and son Garland have been close friends of myself and my family for over 30 years.  Garland is one of my best friends and serves as a board member of World Missions and Evangelism, Inc.  Last August, Betty, Bill's wife of over 60 years went home to be with the Lord, and as I visited with Bill last Sunday I knew that it would not be long before he joined her in the prescence of the Lord.  We talked about the things of God and we had communion together.

Our prayers are with this precious family during this time.  We want to honor Bill's memory with this special post.  Following is the obituary for Bill.
