We have just received the First Quarter Reports from the INSTAR Project in Central America based in Honduras.  God is so Good and we are Praising Him with this Post and Giving all Glory to Our Precious Lord.  Here is what God has done through the faithful work of the leaders in Honduras:  Between January and March, 2022  lots of progress has been made.  Just look at this: 803 New Discovery Bible Groups and Churches 3,075 people that began the process of being Discipled in the Groups. 3,109 people that made professions of faith in Christ (New Converts) 3,063 people that followed the Lord in Water Baptism. That means that our average was 34 Conversions and Baptisms PER DAY between January and March!  Glory to the Lord of the Harvest that is bringing people into the Kingdom of God and of His Christ!  It's been quite a while since I wrote a blog article about the Disciple Making Movement Strategy.  In the beginning of our work in Honduras and Latin America, I regularly wrote blogs about the Movement strategy and principles that the team in Honduras was applying. (If you go back to the years 2008 through about 2012 in the archive of this blog, you will find a lot of that).  More recently, I have used this blog to share about the advance of the movement in Central America and South America that has resulted from this strategy.  I have also been highlighting the new DMM teams that we have formed at WME that are focusing on the Caribbean, Native American Tribes, and other regions as we are turning our attention to bringing the Disciple Making Movement strategy to bear on the remaining Unreached and Unengaged People groups in the world, especially in the Western Hemisphere. I want to wish all our supporters, those who pray and also those that give, a very Happy New Year as we start the Year 2022.  At WME we are calling this year the Year of Psalm 103....A Year of Trusting God for His Favor and Mercy and Grace!  The last couple of years have been very hard years in this world, but in spite of all that, the Work of the Great Commission has been continuing to advance.  First let's look back to see what we can report for the year 2021. Between October and December, 2021, the 4th Quarter of the year, much progress was made.  Just look at this: 784 New Discovery Bible Groups and Churches 3,266 people that began the process of being Discipled in the Groups. 2,935 people that made professions of faith in Christ (New Converts) 2,900 people that followed the Lord in Water Baptism.  WME's Theme for this year has been, " The Year of Seizing the Moment!" And that is just what we have been doing!  God has been giving us moments to Seize for training, mentoring and coaching of disciple makers and trainers and visionaries for Kingdom of God Advance! Now that we are in the last third of this year, we can look back and see the moments that God has given.  The work in the main project in Honduras has continued to advance, even in the midst of challenges that this Covid plagued world has handed to us.  People continue to be trained and groups continue to be started.  Disciples continue to obey Christ and thousands continue to make commitments to Christ and be baptized.  This year, it seems that any momentum that was slowed during 2020 has come back up and that multiplication is getting back toward Pre Covid levels!   Not without hardships.  Our team recently sent 3 trainers into a specific Jungle region where we had not trained befor...

  We are so grateful to God for the new reports we are receiving from the INSTAR Project.   In the 2nd Quarter of this year, over 3,000 People made commitment to Christ and over 3,000 were baptized in the over 800 New Groups and Churches that were birthed from April to June! The INSTAR Project was started in 2008, when Missionaries Randy and Linda Travis and Keith and Juanita Travis began training leaders in Honduras to use the Disciple Making Movement Strategy to Make Disciples that Make Disciples.  Eventually a Honduran Leadership Team emerged that includes Mario Mejia, Daniel Ortega, Adiel Ponce, Carlos Andrade, Rigoberto Colindres, Jacobo Hernandez and Oscar Hernandez.  The INSTAR Project was launched officially in 2008, when Randy and Linda and Keith and Juanita Travis began training a small team of Honduran Leaders in the Disciple Making Movement Strategy (DMM).  Since then movements have resulted in Thousands and Thousands of new Groups and Churches that are touching at least 7 Tribal Groups and 5 Nations and that has seen well over 60,000 people come to Christ in a movement 30 Generations Deep!  Our focus has grown from seeing the DMM strategy bear fruit in Latin America to seeing how the Great Commission can be fulfilled in the Western Hemisphere.   Our Vision Theme for 2020 was:     A New Season of Opportunity  The WME Team prayed at the end of 2019 and felt that God gave us a Vision for 2020 This Vision  had 4 Emphases for the Year.  It was Illustrated by the first several chapters of Acts! 1. A global pandemic is affecting many people directly. Restrictions and new rules are making life difficult or inconvenient at the very least. Here in the United States there is racial, civic, and political division and some of our cities are experiencing violence. Many people have been affected negatively in their businesses and in their personal finances. But at the beginning of this year, our team, in seeking God came away believing that He had shown us that 2020 would be a Year of a New Season of Opportunity. That has been our theme this whole time, shutdown and all. Dear Friend My prayer for you is that God blesses you in an abundant way this summer.  In spite of the various crises in our nation and world, I want to encourage you that God’s Kingdom is advancing! Recently the Lord brought the scripture to my thinking in Mark 1:14-15.  It says,  “ 14  Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, 15  And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.” I remind you that Israel was under the boot of Rome, and the True Prophet John Baptist was in prison.  But Jesus announced that the Kingdom of God was at hand! Dear Friend of WME, I hope that you are doing well during this time that we find ourselves in.  I want to let you know that although this Pandemic has had such a terrible effect in our world, and the lockdowns and quarantines that are happening worldwide have created such disruptions in plans, God is continuing to work and progress is continuing to be made. At the end of last year, I posted a blog article that gave what we believe to be the Lord's Vision for World Missions and Evangelism for 2020.  We are calling this A New Season of Opportunity! We are praising God for a wonderful report in the 4th Quarter of 2019 for the INSTAR Project!  In this blog post, I am going to list our statistics for both the last 3 months of the year, and give the amazing totals for the Year of 2019.  We called it the Year of Unmeasurable Favor and it surely was a great year of the Favor and Grace of God! 4th Quarter 2019 Statistics (October - December) We are currently at 26 Generations deep in the movement! 568 new groups were birthed! 2,319 people began attending the groups and churches 3,704 people made professors of faith to Christ (41 per day!!!) 3,684 people were baptized! (41 per day!!!) The Total Statistics for 2019 are Amazing!!!
